This insight has allowed Chris to accumulate a wealth of best practice expertise that covers everything from discovery and planning through to deployment, project governance, audit and recovery for large-scale management projects.

As Chief Services Officer & GM, Transformation, Marcel Sarrasin oversees Fresche products from conception to market and is also tasked with innovating for the future. A keen proponent of modernization and digital transformation, he coordinates with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to ensure that Fresche's diverse customer base's evolving needs are being met.

Marcel adds a deep understanding of the IBM i market to the executive team from his 21+ years in the midrange market.
